After training at Orangetheory Fitness Atlanta-Midtown from 2014-2015, Will has come home to Michigan. He is certified through NCCPT and respects every client and the effort they give. It doesn't matter if you are an athlete or an exercise beginner, he will give each member the motivation, attention and guidance they need to meet their health and fitness goals.</div>

Lucy is Head Coach for OTF Northville.  She joined OTF Michigan in September of 2015. Lucy holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Health and Physical Education in addition to 20 years' experience working in fitness. She is certified with American Council on Exercise. Lucy's love for fitness lead her to OTF where she works to inspire others to achieve their top level of fitness and health. It is her goal to PUSH you to achieve your personal best!

As a trainer at OTF, Kristi wants to share her passion for fitness, encourage a healthy lifestyle and help people reach their fitness goals. She is ACE certified as both a Personal Trainer and a Group Fitness Instructor. Kristi holds certifications in TRX, Fitness Nutrition and Weight Management. She believes in these workouts 100% and can frequently be seen in class on her days off. Whether your level of fitness is beginner or advanced, it is her goal as your coach that you leave class feeling strong, capable and successful.

HEART MONITORED TRAINING

 

Backed by the science of post-exercise oxygen consumption (EPOC), our heart-rate monitored training is designed to keep heart rates in a target zone that stimulates metabolism and increases energy. Our clients burn an estimated 500 to 1000 calories per workout. We are 5 zone heart-rate interval training.

COACH SUPPORT

 

Working out in a group provides accountability and structure to help achieve fitness goals. You are more likely to get a great workout and better results from the well-rounded movements and pace direction you get in a group setting. The session motivates each other to pick up the pace and reach beyond plateaus. People who workout in groups stick to their goals more consistently than those that workout alone.
